Jason J. Isaacson Named Branch President Of Signal Mountain Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latterday Saints

Jason J. Isaacson was called as the branch president of the Signal Mountain congregation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints, at 1160 Ridgeway Avenue, Signal Mountain.

Mr. Isaacson will serve as the ecclesiastical leader of the Signal Mountain congregation for a period of about five years without pay. He recently presided over the Hixson congregation of the church, and upon relocation to Signal Mountain, served for a short time with the church's youth program.

A native of Seattle, Mr. Isaacson served a two-year, fulltime mission for the church in Manilla, Philippines from 1998-2000, where he learned the Tagalog language and a great love for Southeast Asia. Upon returning home from his mission, he earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Brigham Young University (2005) and a law degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville (2008).

Mr. Isaacson is a partner at the Evans Law Firm, practicing in the areas of insurance defense, business transactions and litigation, and intellectual property law. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside on Signal Mountain, with their daughter, Emma, and two sons, Joshua and Jake.
