Caregivers Seminar Offered On Thursday

  • Tuesday, October 3, 2017

There will be a free seminar called, “Caregivers: Looking after yourself before you look after others” this Thursday, from 6-7:30 p.m.

The discussion will focus on what strategies caregivers can use to avoid becoming ill themselves. Suggestions will be offered for grandparents who are raising children as well as for those in the “Sandwich” generation–people who are caring for both aging parents and their dependent children.

The seminar will be at the Chattanooga Public Library, 4th Floor, 1001 Broad Street.

The event is sponsored by Erlanger Health System and the Chattanooga Library.
