Buchok, Delores L. "Dolly" (Old Fort)

Delores L. “Dolly” Buchok, 89, of Old Fort, Tn., passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at her residence.  

She was born in Pennsylvania, and spent the majority of her life in Edison, NJ, before moving to Old Fort in 2010 to be with her family.  She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Ocoee, Tn. Her passions in life were quilting, NASCAR, butterflies, reading, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Joseph Buchok, parents, Leland Black and Luna Mae Roberts Black; one sister; and four brothers.

She is survived by two children, Denise Boehm and husband Joseph of Old Fort, Tn., and David Buchok and wife Donna of Herkimer, NY; two grandchildren, Christopher Buchok of Herkimer, NY, and William Buchok and fiancé Chrissy of Rahway, NJ; one sister, Winnie Black of Franklin, PA; and several nieces and nephews and other extended family.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Ocoee, with Pastor Charles Campbell officiating.  There will be a reception immediately following the service.
