Clyde DeForest Penland, Jr. “Forest”, 64, of Chickamauga, passed away Nov. 23, 2017 at a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by his daddy, Clyde DeForest Penland, Sr.; grandson, Daulton Penland; uncles, David Cooper and Red Penland; and aunt, Jo Ann Hill.
Survivors include his loving wife of 25 years, Tammy Penland; son, Trae (Dana) Penland; daughters, Amy Lindsey (Damon), Samantha Stephens (Jordan), Marcheta Penland; mother, Marcheta Penland; grandchildren, Traven, Cameron, Blaze, McKenna, Matthew and Hunter; brothers, Van (Becky) Penland and Gene (Vicky) Penland; along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Patrick Cooper and Justin Patrick officiating. Interment in Peavine Baptist Church Cemetery.
