Lois Clemons
Lois Jeanette Miller Clemons passed from this life to glory on Wednesday, February 15, 2017.
She was surrounded by her sons and their wives, Charles and Edna, Ronnie and Peggy, and Rickey and Shelia Clemons.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Gilbert, her parents, Robert and Kathryn Kester Miller, sisters, Mary Evans, Lavada Clemons, and Dorothy Routt, and brothers, Carlos and Bob Miller.
Lois is survived by her sons, grandchildren Shannon (David) Roddy, Blake (Jana) Clemons, Malissa (Dustin) Everette, Jenny (Andrew) Hibbard, great-grandchildren, Lauren and Madison Roddy, Margaret and Charles Paul Clemons, Jordan Wright, Rylee, Easton O’Donnell, Eleanor Hibbard and Madeleine Hibbard and great-great-grandson Jack Burnett. She loved her Lord, spending time with the grands, working in the yard, attending Sawyer’s Baptist Church, and talking to her special friends and family.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, Feb. 16, from 4-8 p.m. and from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel.
The funeral will be at noon on Friday, Feb. 16, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Reverends Larry Miller and Wilburn Hardyman will officiate.The pallbearers are Blake Clemons, David Roddy, David Clemons, Jacky Miller, Mark Hardyman, and Charles Coffman, Jr.
