Kristen Rochelle Swafford Reed, 33, of Sweetwater, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017.
Kristen was a vibrant spirit, with unparalleled strength and energy. Her soul was kind and gentle. She was quick to express love, kindness, compassion, and generosity to everyone that she met. Her enormous heart would never allow anyone to feel alone or in need. She was dedicated to her family and was the most loyal of friends. Her unconditional love will be missed by all.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Reed of Athens, TN; daughters, Kaydance and Skyler Reed; father, Harold Swafford; mother and step-father, Diane Nowlin-Lindsey and Bill Lindsey; father and mother-in-law, David and Wanda Reed; siblings, Timothy, Warner and Brandy Swafford, Joey Day and Amanda Anderson-Hart; aunts, uncles and cousins; and a multitude of friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at Grissom-Serenity Funeral Home (3010 N. Ocoee Street-Cleveland, TN) on Sunday, February 26, from 3-5 p.m.
Please keep in mind that Kristen’s remains will be cremated. If you choose to send flowers, please do not send funeral sprays or wreaths.
