Volunteers raised over $94,000 during the annual Phonathon held at the Ronald McDonald House on Feb. 6, 7 and 13. They made calls from 6:30-9 p.m. to encourage past donors to give to the charity and to thank them for their previous support. All funds raised will go to the charity’s Share-A-Night campaign.

The Share-A-Night campaign was created to encourage individuals to cover the cost of a family at the Ronald McDonald House for one night. It costs $66 to host one family for one night and over $1,700 a night for the entire 26-bedroom facility.
The amount raised will pay for the entire 26-bedroom facility for 55 days.

Nearly 20 volunteers came each night to make calls. Some were Kohl’s employees, monthly RMHC volunteers, first time volunteers, committee members, and board members.
