Living Well with Diabetes program is also a six-week course and is designed to help those who have been diagnosed with diabetes.  Participants will learn how to manage symptoms and improve overall health. Topics include healthy eating, tips for preventing hypoglycemia, stress management, and more.

Living Well Yoga is a weekly class and will teach individuals how to improve their mental and physical health through low impact physical activity.  Practicing yoga has proven to improve mood, decrease anxiety and stress, as well as increase strength, flexibility, and stability.  Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat or beach towel.
