Red Bank Lionette Marjorie Smith inked a volleyball scholarship with Tennessee Wesleyan University on Thursday.

Smith has been playing volleyball since seventh grade and spent all four years of her high school volleyball career as a varsity starter.

She received numerous MVP, All District, and All Region honors over the seasons she spent as a Red Bank Lionette, and three of those seasons ended with a trip to the TSSAA State Tournament.

Smith is also on the honor roll at Red Bank High School.

She perfected her craft playing for several volleyball clubs in the Chattanooga and Cleveland areas.
