Race Into Summer Fun At Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park

Thursday, April 20, 2017

It's time to race into family fun all summer long! Lake Winnepesaukah, the South's favorite family amusement park opens for the season on May 4 and is ready to offer a variety of thrills and spills in 2017.

Lake Winnie's guests can still be whisked into the wicked whirls of the wild Twister! A thrilling attraction, Twister offers breathtaking action as guests are lifted into the air, flipped, turned and somersaulted into the Chattanooga sky! The thrills continue with rides such as the OH-Zone!, a 14-story freefall guaranteed to take riders for an exciting descent in just seconds. Home to the world-famous Cannon Ball roller coaster and the spectacular inversions of the Fire Ball, the park also hosts family rides and attractions. Younger riders will delight on the magical Bumble Bees and the gentle Parachutes. Families can soar on the wind aboard the Wave Swinger or enjoy a leisurely countryside tour with the Antique Cars, or even splashdown into the waters of Lake Winnie itself on the park's classic Boat Chute ride! There's even the Wild Lightnin' steel roller coaster and the beginner coaster fun of the Wacky Worm.

Lake Winnepesaukah's food courts are filled with delectable treats and refreshing drinks. Besides the traditional offerings of hot dogs and the world-famous Lake Winnepesaukah hamburgers, the food courts also offer a selection of salads & wraps for the health-conscious as well as sweet treats such as funnel cakes, cotton candy, and candy apples, all at affordable prices. The park's catering department serves delicious meals to larger groups such as businesses, schools, churches, and family reunions.

Lake Winnepesaukah will open for the 2017 season on May 4 with a $27+ tax unlimited ride pass ($12 + tax for children ages 1 & 2 and seniors 55 & older). From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, guests will enjoy two parks – the amusement park and SoakYa waterpark, for one low price of $34.95 + tax ($17.95 + tax for children ages 1 & 2 and seniors 55 & older). Parking is always free at Lake Winnepesaukah! Lake Winnepesaukah was named one of America's top 10 favorite family amusement parks by Travel and Leisure magazine. Fake News Strikes Again And Again

Two major stories exploded across the headlines this past week which confirm my opinion that the mainstream media (MSM) is biased, incompetent, and can seldom be trusted to impart the news fairly and accurately.
