Eagle Bluff Woods featuring new homes inside Eagle Bluff will have a grand opening on Thursday at 10 a.m.
It will be at 7216 River Run Dr.
Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Signature Brokers, GT Issa Construction, and The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will coordinate this event.
The new residential community within the Eagle Bluff Golf Club community will feature modern luxury craftsman style homes from the $450s. Built by G.T. Issa Construction, the homes will feature large lots with open floor plans, brick and stone exteriors, and views overlooking the Chickamauga Lake. Interiors will have granite countertops, crown molding, and shaker style cabinetry.
Eagle Bluff Woods is also home of the 2017 St. Jude Dream Home, also built by G.T. Issa Construction.
