Unique New Medical Practice Opens In Chattanooga’s Northshore Area

  • Wednesday, April 5, 2017

Options Health opened in March and is a family practice/walk-in clinic providing care for everyone in the family aged 2 and up.  Their business structure is unique in that with the high cost of health insurance and uncertainty of continued coverage, Options Health wanted to give its patients the option of bypassing the insurance middle-man and either file insurance claims on their own, join the practice as a member, or pay cash for the services and treatments that are right for them.

Starting at $55 per visit, Options Health offers medical care for the family alongside complementary treatments such as massage, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and lifestyle education.  Its aim is to help patients achieve their optimal health status by setting and achieving health goals according to each individual’s needs.

They have laboratory services available to diagnose and manage every health condition, and have a licensed minister on staff to help with spiritual needs. Massage therapists are experienced in various techniques to help overcome chronic pain and the effects of illness and stress and the hydrotherapy treatments help with insomnia, fever, stress and help build the immune system. Working together with patients, Options Health provides care options based on their needs and according their objectives, said officials.

Below is a sample of treatments and prices.  More information about Options Health can be found at www.optionshealth.net or on its Facebook page or by contacting Patricia Mitchell at patti@optionshealth.net, 803-4775.
