Siskin Hospital Therapist Earns Certification

Siskin Hospital announces that Rebecca Weant, PT, has completed all the requirements for Vestibular Rehabilitation – A Competency Based Course. 

This certification is awarded by the American Physical Therapy Association. 

Ms. Weant is a physical therapist in Siskin Hospital’s Outpatient NeuroRecovery Program. 

"Vestibular rehabilitation is a non-invasive therapy to treat patients with balance and/or dizziness problems. It is a systematic, individually-designed approach with a series of exercises and activities that address the unique needs of each patient," officials said.
