Marguerite Burt
Marguerite Burt, 89, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Burt; her sons, Ricky and Joel Burt; and two brothers, James and Broyles Pendergrass.
She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Steve Burt of Soddy Daisy; daughters, Melissia Burt of Soddy Daisy and Jacquitta Manasco of Sale Creek; brother, Claude Pendergrass of Spring City; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 27, with Minister Scott Pendergrass presiding. Interment will follow at Spence Cemetery in Dayton.
The family will receive friends and loved ones from 4-9 p.m. on Friday, May 26, at the funeral home.
