A three-story medical office building on McCallie Avenue has sold for $4.6 million.

Chattanooga Heart, Lung and Vascular is at 1032 McCallie.

The sale was to Tf & Tb Lp from McNeal Properties Llc.

The facility was built in 2007.

It contains 30,937 square feet.
