The new Life Care Center of East Ridge, a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, 1502 McDonald Road, invites the community to its grand opening on Thursday, May 18, from 5-7 p.m.
The event will include hors d’oeuvres, a meet-and-greet with the staff, tours of the facility, door prizes, and giveaways.
Life Care Center of East Ridge offers 108 beds, all private rooms and suites with their own private showers.
Among the building’s highlights is a 4,000-square-foot rehab gym, complete with state-of-the-art equipment and a balance park.
A satellite rehab gym is located at the opposite end of campus. The facility has hired its own in-house team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
Amenities include a library, a private dining room, a beauty shop, four private courtyards, two interior courtyards, three day rooms, three spa-like bathing rooms, and an ice cream parlor, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
