Three Chattanooga imaging facilities have sold for a total $11.1 million.
Chattanooga Imaging at 1710 Gunbarrel Road was sold for $5,250,000.
Chattanooga Imaging at 440 N. Holtzclaw Ave., sold for $3,650,000.
Those sales were to Chattanooga 1710 Medical Properties Llc from Plaza Development Co Llc.
Also, Chattanooga Imaging at 2070 Hamill Road in Hixson was sold for $2.1 million.
That sale was to Hixson Medical Properties Llc from Plaza Development Co Llc.
