Iris E. Parton, 89, of Chattanooga, died on September 11, 2017.
Mrs. Parton was a former resident of Pelham, Al. and Anniston, Al. She retired from Anniston Surgical P.A. after many years of service.
Mrs. Parton was a member of Hickory Valley Community Church and was preceded in death by four sisters and her husband, Thomas H. Parton.
Survivors are her son, Larry J. Parton, Orange Beach, AL; sister, Joyce Womack, Chattanooga; grandchildren, Christopher Parton, Helena, AL., Suzanne Crew, Houston, TX., Shelby Riddle, Homewood, AL and Charles McLean, Lexington, SC; 11 great-grandchildren, Andrew & Avery Parton; Aerin, Jack, Charlie & Isabel Crew; Quinton & Eliza Riddle ; Rachel, Hannah & Rebecca McLean.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16, at 11 a.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Reverend Duke Stone officiating.
