Lillian Poteet
Lillian O. Poteet, 92, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017, at a local health care facility.
She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Poteet; parents, John and Dorothy Grant Boyd; four sisters, Tommie Elkins, Eva Boyd, Jill Boyd and Tabitha Boyd; and brother, Curtis Boyd.
Survivors include her children, Danny R. Poteet and wife, Yolanda of Cumming, Ga., David G. Poteet and wife, Pam of Tumwater, Wa., Suzanne Poteet Elston and husband, Al of Cleveland and Joseph N. Poteet of Turtletown; eight grandchildren, Teresa Poteet-Zinn of Cumming, Ga., Allison Poteet of Atlanta, GA, Geoff Poteet of Tumwater, WA, Michael Poteet (Elizabeth) of Olympia, WA, Erin Elston of Howe, OK, Caitlin Elston of Memphis, Danielle Poteet-Morgan of Lincoln, MT and Nickie Poteet of Knoxville; six great grandchildren, Danielle Zinn, Carl Zinn, IV, J D Poteet-Morgan, Juliauna Poteet-Morgan, Dylan Poteet and Juliette Poteet; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services held at this time.
