Bennie Melton
Bennie Williams Melton, 75, of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at his residence.
He was a member of Lillie White Lodge #293 and Chattanooga Old School Car Club.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Annie Melton; daughters, Jacqueline Tucker, Christine Carr, and Annette Prince; son, Emmett Prince; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four brothers; five sisters; one aunt; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation is on Friday, Oct. 19, from 4-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 9 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Harris L. Toney as the eulogist. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
