Soddy-Daisy Lacrosse Improves To 11-0

The Soddy Daisy Trojans boys high school lacrosse team won a pair of road games over the weekend to improve its record to 11-0.

Friday evening, the Trojans dispatched Clarksville 14-1.

In a matchup of ranked teams, top ranked Soddy Daisy defeated fourth place Nolensville in their home stadium by a score of 15-3. Both teams are ranked in Tennessee's Club Division 2. After a tightly contested first quarter, the Trojans exploded for 8 goals in the 2nd quarter for a 10-1 halftime lead.

Soddy Daisy's trio of attackmen lead the way in scoring with Ethan Hyde leading all scorers with 4 goals. Blake Morrow and John Tefteller each tallied 3 goals in the victory. The Trojans return to action Monday evening versus cross town rival Signal Mountain. The game will be played at Boyd Buchanan at 8pm.
