Tony Spencer
Tony Spencer, 57, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018, in Chattanooga.
He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School “Class of 1979.” He was employed by the City of Chattanooga, Public Works Department for 29 years.
He was preceded in death by Charlie Ray Spencer and Frank Newson.
Survivors include his mother, Mary Spencer; daughter, Brandi Spencer White; sisters, Sherry Spencer and Wendy Hughes; grandson, Jahlil White; a host of brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, in the chapel. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Friday, May 4, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
