Virginia Louise Kellar Petitt, 80, of Cleveland, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018.

She was born May 17, 1938, to the late Clarence and Maude Carr Kellar.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, Bob W. Petitt of Cleveland, her daughter, Linda Oertling and her husband, Kevin of Johnson City, her son, Brent Petitt and his wife, Patti of Cleveland; four grandchildren: Colton Oertling, Savannah Oertling, Madalyn Lovejoy and Sierra Petitt; two great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Virginia graduated from Bradley High School. She was a member of Broad Street United Methodist Church, where she was in the Wesley Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the Cherokee Garden Club and the Cleveland Women’s Club. Virginia was an avid golfer.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, at Broad Street United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bradley Healthcare & Rehab Center.
