Ruby E. Garner, 93, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on Jan. 23 1925, in Bridgeport, Al. to the late Benjamin and Mattie Holland. She was preceded in death by her husband, York S. Garner.
Survivors include her two children Alice Faye (Scotty) Thomas, of Spring Hill, Fl., James (Laura) Garner of Ooltewah, Tn. Many grand, and great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter, sister Bettye (Kenneth) Carroll, of Harvest Al., and many nieces and nephews.
Private burial will be held at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
