Jackie Ambotis
Jackie Lynn Ambotis, 53, a resident of Chattanooga, departed her earthly home and entered her heavenly home on Friday, August 24, 2018, to be reunited with her mother, Judy Ambotis, who passed away on April 22, 2018.
Jackie was an employee with Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Jackie is survived by her loving father, Tom Ambotis; son, Aaron (Kayla) Ambotis, and their children, Jase, Justice and Elina; brother, Joel (Tammy) Ambotis and their children, Houston Ambotis and Tabitha (Travis) Ambotis and their children, Wyatt, Makenzie and Emma; sister, Melissa Coffman and her son, Jason Gravett.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, and 1-2:30 p.m. on Monday, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral services for Jackie will follow at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27, at the North Chapel with Reverend Dennis Perrillo officiating. Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
