Chattanooga State Sweeps Hiwassee College In Volleyball

Chattanooga State lifted their volleyball record to 7-6 with a 3-0 win over Hiwassee College Monday evening on the road in Madisonville, Tenn. Match scores were 25-20, 25-7 and 25-13.

 

Sidney Killingsworth and Kayla Wimpee each had eight kills for the Lady Tigers while Dakota Rawiszer had 11 assists along with Emily Redden’s 12 assists.

 

Head coach Janet Tate said, “It was a real nice win.

We passed really well. On Offense, everyone performed well...a very satisfying win. The girls have been working hard, and we will continue to work to get better.”

 

Chattanooga State next travels to Boaz, Ala. On Thursday to face Snead State.
