Ruth J. Eberle, 94, entered eternal rest on December 5, 2019, while at home, at peace, and surrounded by family.
Ruth was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Robert “Bud” Eberle, her son, Bobby Eberle, daughter, Susan Hofbauer, grandson, Jeremy Ellison, and brother, Richard Rieder.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Mary Ann Nehi, Michael Eberle, John (Jeanette) Eberle, and Pete Eberle, as well as six grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother Owen Rieder, and sister, Marge Boyes.
There will be a short visitation on Monday, Dec. 9, from 5-6 p.m., at Chattanooga Funeral Home. Funeral services on Dec. 10, will be for immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, Ruth requested that her memory be honored by simply helping someone in need and enjoying life to the fullest.
