Elnora Winston, 71, passed away on February 21, 2019, in Chattanooga.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Tabernacle Church, and retired from Erlanger Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her father, Percy Goines; mother, Tillie Jacobs; daughter, Tammy Parks.
Survivors include her sons, Anthony Parks, Carl Parks, Bobby Goines, Wesley Taylor, Rodney (Kalei) Taylor, all of Chattanooga, TN; daughter, Janet Goines, Chattanooga, TN; brothers, Jessie Elder, Tyrone Derrick, Dayton, OH, James Elder, Chattanooga, TN; sisters, Joan Elder, Vinnie Derrick, Eloise Hargrove, all of Dayton Ohio, Linda Goines Hood, Chattanooga, TN; 28 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
The body will lie in state after noon on Saturday, March 2, and the family will receive friends from 5–7 p.m. at the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, at Grace Baptist Tabernacle Church. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery
