Friday Night's Heavy Rains Lead To Suspended Game For Chattanooga Lookouts In Biloxi

Teams Will Complete Game Saturday Followed By A Seven Inning Contest

Biloxi, MS. -- While the Shuckers and the Lookouts waited on the weather to let them start last night's game. After an hour delay the two teams managed to get three inning played and the weather took over again. The game was suspended in the top of the fourth inning due to rain.

The game will be resumed on Saturday at 6:35 pm EDT and played to its completion as a nine-inning game. Biloxi held a 1-0 lead when the game was suspended heading to the top of the fourth inning.

The Shuckers and Lookouts will then play a seven-inning game approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the suspended game. 

Each team will select a continued-game reliever and go with the regular rotation for the second game.

LHP-Reiver Sanmartin (0-3,5.19) will start game two for the Lookouts while the Shuckers go with RHP Dylan File (1-1,5.50). Both games can be heard on 98.1 FM The Lake and at MiLB.com.
