Jackie Garner
Jackie Orrell Garner, 85, of Chattanooga passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019.
He was of the Baptist faith. Jackie was retired from Sherman Reilly where he was very involved in the union.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Susie Hawkins Garner; brother, Robert Garner and sister, Dorothy Lee Barnes.
Survivors include his brother, Paul R. Garner, and several nieces and nephews, including Sandy McNeese.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, with the Minister Phillip Burgess officiating. Burial will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10–11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
