Large Office Building On 4 Acres On Rapidly Developing Riverfront Parkway Sells For Almost $18 Million

A large office building with parking in the rapidly developing Riverfront Parkway district has sold for $17,790,680.

The sale was to Greenleaf Investment Partners L059a Llc, Greenleaf Investment Partners from Beltline At Howell Mill Llc.

The two-story building with over 112,000 square feet is at 1301 Riverfront Parkway.

Built in 1954, it is on four acres.
