Dwell Hotel On 10th Street Sells For $2.5 Million

A boutique hotel in downtown Chattanooga has sold for $2.5 million.

The Dwell Hotel is at 120 East 10th St.

It had closed last June.

The structure, built in 1909, is a 16,045-square-foot, 16-bedroom, European boutique hotel with restaurant, full bar and gentleman's pool room.

The hotel was sold to Om Vishnu Dwell LLC by Sohotel LLC.
