Pratt & Associates is planning a 137-lot single-family home project on Snow Hill Road.
The tract at 7218 Snow Hill Road is 5.4 acres.
The planning staff said the density of 3.32 dwelling units per acre, which is higher than the 2 dwelling units per acre recommended under the area growth plan. The staff said it could support the higher density as long as there are buffer areas put in.
The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m.
