Mr.
Wamp said Mr. Rawlings, a former McCallie School basketball star, has led the capital investment efforts for
a number of Southside projects
The former Congressman said, "This is a really hot real estate market. Everybody wants to be near Main Street."
He said each unit will have a dedicated parking spot and other parking will be available on the street.
