Several TCAT Chattanooga graduates are shown during spring 2022 ceremonies
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Chattanooga State Community College awarded diplomas and certificates to 126 graduates for the spring 2022 semester.
Diplomas were awarded to graduates who completed the following programs: Automotive Technology, 4; Barbering, 8; Cosmetology, 12; Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics, 6; Industrial Electricity, 8; Practical Nursing, 8; Administrative Office Professional, 1; Road Building, 1; Computer Support Technician, 2; HVAC/R, 7; Welding Technology, 9; Collision Repair, 1. Certificate program completers included Commercial Truck Driving, 22; Massage Therapy, 9; Aesthetics, 28.
Included among the spring graduates were Megan Johnston, ATEA National Student of the Year (Welding Technology), and seven SkillsUSA State Competition winners: Heather Everett, Thomas Buholzer, Liz Zapata Obregon, Caroline Childers, Kim Ortiz-Ruiz, Jacob King, Treasure Johnson.
Student speakers during the ceremony were Darien Hogans and Jennifer Simpson.
