First Horizon Bank recently named Chantel Pitts as banking center manager of the First Horizon Bank located in Downtown Chattanooga.
In her role, Ms. Pitts is responsible for developing new business and expanding on existing client relationships.
"As banking center manager, she upholds a high standard of customer service and is passionate about providing exceptional experiences to the bank’s clients," officials said.
Ms. Pitts first joined First Horizon as a teller in 2011 and has served as a financial services representative and a senior relationship banker at the Bank, prior to accepting her new role.

Pitts said, “I never could have imagined almost 13 years ago starting as a part-time teller that I would eventually become a banking center manager. I am so grateful for this opportunity and I will continue to be focused and dedicated to helping my clients and community achieve their financial goals.”

Ms. Pitts has served on the Family Selection Committee of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga. She is currently the chair of the First Horizon Chattanooga Women’s Initiative. She is also a graduate of Women Mentoring Women with Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Institute and Protégé Chattanooga with Young Professionals of Chattanooga. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and hiking.
