Harry Hawkins
Croy announces the addition of Harry Hawkins as its new vice president of client services. Mr. Hawkins will be based out of Croy’s Chattanooga office at 1270 Market Street in the City’s Southside Historic District, and will work to support the firm’s growth and client relationships across the Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama markets.
“I’m looking forward to this new opportunity with Croy, and the ability to leverage their momentum, talent and depth of capabilities to continue to build relationships in a region I’ve called home for many years,” said Mr. Hawkins. “We will work to provide real-world solutions through exceptional client service as our team of professionals at Croy come alongside our valued clients.”
Over his more than 35-year career, Mr. Hawkins has served as a project manager, office manager, regional manager, client service leader and president for various firms in the engineering and construction space. Through his extensive industry and client management experience, Mr. Hawkins has served as a design engineer, project manager and a general contractor for numerous multi-million-dollar projects. These projects include airports, roads, highways, stormwater, wastewater systems, flood studies, retaining walls, right-of-way acquisitions, re-zoning and historical projects, as well as residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Mr. Hawkins currently serves as the chairperson for the Tennessee Building Construction Institute Executive Committee and serves on the Enterprise Gateway Council board of directors. He holds a bachelor of civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
