Chattanooga River Games, at 100 Riverfront Parkway at Ross’s Landing begins next Friday from 4-10 p.m. The event is being organized by Friends of the Festival, which already has been given a temporary beer permit for the following Saturday and Sunday.
The three-day event will showcase extreme sports and music from July 26-28. There will be competition in non-traditional extreme sports such as tramp and high diving, slacklining, wake surfing, kayaking, rock climbing and ramp jam into water.
There will also be an eclectic mix of genres of live music including Rock and Indie to Electronic and Hip Hop.
