open to the public and free of charge.

Organizers said, "As the school year approaches, OKMBC hosts its inaugural Back-to-School Prayer Rally where church members and members of the community come together to pray for students, teachers,
staff and parents. The prayer rally will also feature music, testimonies and words of encouragement from city officials."

“We believe that prayer is essential, powerful and effective, and we want to cover our schools and our children with prayer as they face the challenges and opportunities of the new academic year,” said Rev.
Dr. Rodney T. Morton, the senior pastor of OKMBC. “We invite everyone who has a heart for education, the success of our students and the future of our community to join us in this prayer rally.”
