Gateway To Freedom Exhibit Has Opening Reception Monday

The new Gateway to Freedom exhibit at the Chattanooga Civic Center Mountainside will have an opening reception Monday from 4-6 p.m.

Beginning Jan. 21, you may schedule visits to view the Gateway to Freedom exhibit by calling
267-2313 or 331-8878. Individuals and groups are welcome. 

The Chattanooga Civic Center Mountainside is at 701 Hooker Road, formerly Piney Woods School.

The exhibit is sponsored by Chattanooga News Chronicle, Mary Walker Historical & Educational Foundation and Alton Park Development Corporation. Tax deductible donations can be made at marywalkerfoundation.org or Mary Walker Foundation.

The Gateway to Freedom exhibit will be on display through February.
