Angela M. Cooley, 33, of Chattanooga, died on Monday, March 14, 2005, in a local hospital.

A graduate of Brainard High School, Angela was a dedicated participant in the Boehm Birth Defect Center, as well as the March of Dimes. She was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her parents, Charles and Pat Cooley; five brothers and sisters, Jeff, Randy and Theresa Minor of Chattanooga and Tarrah and Frank Cooley of Indiana; two special uncles who served as caregivers, Pete and Bobby Massengale; several other aunts; uncles; and other family and friends.

The funeral will be at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Doug Downey officiating.

Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boehm Birth Defect Center or to the building fund at First Calvary Baptist Church.
