High School Football Panel Welcomes Newcomers

  • Tuesday, August 15, 2006

Let the games begin! Although there will be no money exchanged and no grand prize, the 2006 Chattanoogan.com panel has already been talking smack.

Although Deb Martin is her usual sweet self, she is the only one who has any right to start talking after winning the contest two years in a row.

We welcome back Judge Russell Bean, Christie Clark, Deb, Cowboy Joe and Heather Williams.

Newcomers this year are Chattanoogan.com writer John Graeber and veteran sports writer/producer Stump Martin.

The games begin this Friday with several teams in Week 0 action.

Picks will be released on Thursday of each week.

Judge Russell Bean is a Chattanooga city judge and an avid sports fan. Under his alter ego "Defender" he is a frequent caller on Sport Talk. He was a leading criminal defense attorney for many years.

She loves watching sports and NASCAR on TV with her Jack Russell Terrier, Sam, and she's a long time fan of high school football.
