Nancy Cook Henry, 61, of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 in a local hospital.
Mrs. Henry was employed with Kleen-a-matic.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Robert Clark, two grandsons, Jason Brown and Aiden Miles, Paternal and maternal grandparents and a nephew, Matthew Cook.
She is survived by her mother, Betty Cook, Chattanooga; three daughters, Lisa (Randy) Miles, Chattanooga; Karen Dalgleish, Tampa, Fl.; Amy (Martin) Hughes, Chattanooga; two brothers, Charles and David Cook, both of Jacksonville, Fl.; seven grandchildren, Aaron, Hollie, Lauren, Andrew, Keaton, Ashton and Amber.
Services will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. on St Paul’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, Attention: Donations, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Fl., 33607.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 7454 E. Brainerd Rd.
