Stephanie Napier Takes Bronze At US Open Swimming Championships

The Baylor Swim Club's Stephanie Napier placed third and earned the Bronze Medal in the 50 meter freestyle at the 2008 US Open Swimming Championships held at the University of Minnesota.

Her time of 25.34 is a lifetime best, .22 faster than her time which earned her 13th place at the 2008 Olympic Trials.

The swim is a Baylor Swim Club record, and ranks her in the top 30 in the world this year in the "Splash & Dash".

She will be a junior at the University of Florida next year, where she is a four-time NCAA All American.
