A Cleveland, Tn., man has been charged with the rape of a 15-year-old girl in Whitfield County, Ga.
Joshua Franklin Bedwell, 26, of 830 Red Clay Park Road, was charged with child molestation, aggravated child molestation and statutory rape.
Authorities said Bedwell visited the girl's family in the Cohutta family in January and the incident happened when he was alone with the girl at her home.
Bedwell was being held in the Whtifield County Jail.
