Rickey Hill, 52, of Rossville, died on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at his residence.
A native of Birmingham, Al., he had spent the past 25 years in the north Georgia area and was employed as a brick mason with Masonry Specialists. Rickey was avid fisherman and was of the Baptist faith.
His parents, Winford and Dorothy Sasser Hill, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Betty Hill; daughter, Wendy Michelle Hill of Rossville; brothers, Jerry (Louise) Norris, Ashville, Al., Norman Norris, Birmingham, Al., Johnny Norris of Glencoe, Al., and Dale Hill, Laverne, Al.; sisters, Janice (Hayward) Dubose, Laverne, Al., and Gloria (Donnie) Collum of Calera, Al.; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Rev. James Turnipseed officiating. Burial will follow in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
