Brandy
Brandy
After four years away from the music game, multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning R&B/pop singer, songwriter, and actress  has come roaring back with the fearless and inspired 'Two Eleven' a thoroughly modern R&B album that Rolling Stone has called "Brandy at her most realized: romantically shaky, vocally sharp, and musically sound." Billboard has hailed it as a "strong return to Brandy's multi-layered impassioned vocals." With its unforgettable melodies, glorious harmonies, edgy beats, and Brandy's sultry voice front-and-center, 'Two Eleven' sounds like an artist reborn.
"It's an honest album," she says. "It's relatable. It's sexy and vulnerable. I really let my true self come through on every song. It has so many different colors, but at the same time, it represents the artist I am now."

Brandy was most recently on 'Dancing with the Stars' in 2010.  She was also the star of the hit TV series 'Moesha' from 1996-2001.  Brandy will perform Sunday June 9, 2013 on the Coke Stage at Riverbend.

With the help of our partners at US 101 Friends of the Festival has snagged the rising country duo Florida Georgia Line, made up of Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley.  The duo currenty has the Billboard number 2 Country hit. The pair is getting plenty of play with their new single, "Cruise," that creates a picture of falling in love on a back road in Georgia.

The high energy stage performers have in a short time, worked their way into opening slots for artists like Blake Shelton, Jake Owen, and Colt Ford.  More recently they scored a gig on the 2012 Country Throwdown Tour with Gary Allan, Rodney Atkins, and Justin Moore. Florida Georgia Line will perform on the Bud Light Stage on Friday, June 7.

Get ready for Civil Twilight, on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 on the Unum Stage.  The Nashville based band, originally from South Africa,  has been turning heads world-wide and opening for acts like Smashing Pumpkins and Florence & The Machine. This fall will begin a nationwide tour with Mutemath.  They say their music is for a world that's not quite dark and not quite light, but like the moment when the sun sets when we stop to take a breath.
