Thilbert “T-bird” Petty, 52, died on December 12, 2012.
He was born September 2, 1960. He was a member of the House of God Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Petty, Sr.
Survivors include his mother, Alice Petty; daughter, Michelle; son, Carvonta; grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers; a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, at Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Friday at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
