Thorne Sparkman School Of Religion Announced

The annual Thorne Sparkman School of Religion at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 805 West 7th St., will be held the Wednesdays in Lent, Feb. 20-March 20 with a revised format with only one presenter each evening. They will be:

Feb. 20, Jon Meacham, Pulitzer Prize-winning author and executive editor of Random House Publications; Feb. 27, Professor Amy Jill Levine, Professor of New Testament and Jewish Studies, Vanderbilt University Divinity School; March 6, The Rt. Rev. Neil Alexander, Dean of the School of Theology of The Univesity of the South; March 13, The Rt. Rev. Frank T. Griswold, retired Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church; and March 20, Andrew Exum, American Scholar on the Middle East and Fellow of The Center for a New American Security.

Brochures will be available later this month.
