Mattie Lee Roberts Lewis, 88, of Englewood, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at a local health care facility.
Born in Van Buren County, TN, she spent most of her life in McMinnville before moving to McMinn County in 1969. She was a member of the Benton Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore R. Lewis; parents, William and Margaret Bouldin Roberts; and ten brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her son, William T. Lewis and wife Elaine; grandchildren, Jamey Lewis and wife Pahola and Nichole Lewis; great-grandson, Ethan Lewis all of Englewood; sister, Velma Watson of Paynesville, OH; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, December 22, at the Benton Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
